What makes you JOY-FULL?

You. Champagne and oysters. Helping people heal and grow. Scrabble.
Running barefoot on the beach. Boston sports. Spending time outdoors.
Unexpected and planned adventures. Simple things. Doing just about
anything with the people that I love. Cooking and eating good food.
Urban container gardening. Traveling and learning about new people and
places. Outdoor showers. Bodies of water.

  1. Doing yoga ~ seeing an Aha moment when teaching yoga ~ good food ~ composting (seeing the transformation of yard waste and food scraps into fertile loam) then spreading the compost on my flower gardens ~ a cup of coffee ~ a full pantry ~ talking every night with my daughter ~ falling asleep with my partner after a full day knowing tomorrow will pulsate with fullness again
