About Wholistic Women
Welcome to the Wholistic Women site…A place where you can turn to for some quick inspiration for your day, life, career, FUN, or whatever your heart desires. You’ll see monthly interviews with particularly ‘wholistic’ women, or women who’ve done something great. They’ve accomplished a huge goal, started a business, struck a balance in their lives between work and play, or found a way to infuse their work life with their passions or their daily lives with their passions and interests. Essentially, these women have something to share with us. They may not know it yet, but these women’s experiences have colored them with multiple lessons that will become invaluable as we get out there and find our own way.
I’ll also include some healthy recipes and foods that contain particularly helpful health benefits. After all, a healthy body is a healthy mind. And to look at the whole picture, we’ve got to consider our minds, bodies, AND our souls and make sure each element is getting the nourishment is needs.
Please feel free to share your a thoughts in the comments section of the blog. I’d love to hear about something fun you did this past weekend, a healthy meal you made last week, or maybe some upcoming goals that’re connected to your passions and how you plan to achieve them. This blog was also created to become a shared exploration of how to ensure that we’re living lives that are infused with our passions and our values, and utilizing our greatest gifts and strengths in our work, our play, our relationships, and our daily lives…
ENJOY IT ALL!
Hi there– I support creative women to live and work with greater “mojo” -vitality, passion, focus, and inspiration so that they can play bigger in the world. My focus is very much wholistic as I’ve used Ken Wilber’s framework often in the work I do. While “mojo” is a fun/light term, my intention is to make deep work more accessible and fun for women in organizations, solopreneurs, activists, moms etc. I ran across your site a few times over the years, and wanted to invite you to review my blog. Its just about to be relaunched with a new look etc. I hope that if you think it is something your readers might like, you would be willing to post it on your website
That would be amazing! I saw your link also through Leanne’s site (Sleeping Dog Ranch) who I’m the process of planning a retreat together with and we’re fellow work out colleages! Look forward to learning more about your work and community you serve.
