What makes you JOY-FULL?

By meredith, August 25, 2010 11:10 pm

You. Champagne and oysters. Helping people heal and grow. Scrabble.
Running barefoot on the beach. Boston sports. Spending time outdoors.
Unexpected and planned adventures. Simple things. Doing just about
anything with the people that I love. Cooking and eating good food.
Urban container gardening. Traveling and learning about new people and
places. Outdoor showers. Bodies of water.

What makes you JOYful?

What brings you joy?

By meredith, August 5, 2010 3:13 pm

I recently asked a few of my nearest and dearest what brings them joy. Over the next month or so I’ll provide a different person’s answer, but only one a day. It’s actually a really fun exercise, both to read the responses but also to try to answer the question yourself. A few of us found that once we got started, it was hard to stop spewing sources of joy!! Give it a shot!

The first response: (thanks, cuz):

‘Mowing the lawn.’
