Hi! My name is ... Dani
I am a weight management coach
For over seven years, I’ve been helping women create lasting change in their lives as a personal trainer. My own journey with emotional eating and weight management taught me the importance of sustainable habits and personalised approaches. After struggling for several years, I developed a healthier relationship with food—and for over 13 years, I haven’t looked back. This experience, combined with my qualifications in nutrition and counselling, forms the foundation of my method for guiding women through a journey of self-care that feels realistic, empowering, and aligned with their values.
I believe that when you take time for your health, it’s not just good for you—it equips you to show up fully for the people and the life you cherish. Your energy, strength, and joy have a beautiful way of radiating outward, blessing everyone around you. That’s why my approach focuses on small, manageable steps that build into lasting habits—without guilt, overwhelm, or unrealistic expectations.
My work combines practical tools with a compassionate focus on mindset, helping untangle emotional eating and other patterns that often hold us back. For those who welcome it, I also incorporate spirituality into the journey, creating a deeper sense of connection and purpose along the way.
If you’re ready to take that first small step toward a healthier, more vibrant you, I’d love to walk alongside you. Together, we’ll create a path that fits your life, reflects your values, and helps you become the woman you’re called to be.
What People Say
Very happy with my PT Dani ☺️I haven't exercised for a very long time and was finding it hard to find the time. Dani is mobile so by her coming to me made it so much easier. She has made me feel comfortable, is very professional and very eager to help me achieve my goal. I didn't think I would be excited about workouts, but I now look forward to my PT sessions.
